man makes clothes...

Hello everyone,
Last post that I made was a bit awry I know. Now it’s time to get some action. One of the major things that happen around me in college is that people are all busy commenting on the boyfriends of the students. MH is a girl’s college. And it’s famous. Internationally. Don’t get me wrong,by saying his I mean people have Foreign imports. Some boyfriends are from US,some from Africa and so on. Delhi girls are hot,no second thoughts on this point. And the ones that are not are irrevocably brainy. I mean, there aren’t many people who learn up Chemistry formulae in 2 minutes. Yeah, there are people who are exceptionally good in this job. Don’t believe me? Come to MH. I’m sure you’ll believe me. Another thing,a quality that my ex-room mate thinks is a marvel. The quality of getting proposals on the first meet. Sick! How can anybody propose a girl when they haven’t met before? According to her, that’s a charm which very less people(in fact, abnormal ones)possess and it’s worth a thousand pounds! Nonsense, I get to hear that all the time. Honestly, I don’t have a boyfriend, and I don’t want one. One of my ex-PG mate controlled 5 of them at one time. And she thinks it’s commendable. Sorry,I think it’s a waste. She was defamed once and that too in front of her parents. But,that didn’t help.
The problem lies in the fact that these things happen quite often in girl’s colleges. And it’s interesting, we have l***os in our college too. Weird ones! Thinking of themselves as i-am-the-bad-guy. See,it’s sickening. You will also get to see the 80’s Bollywood scenes in our college lawns. For these kinda girls, girl’s institutions get unpopular and named as some Homosexual Centre or something like that. MH has the sexiest girls in the campus. They are named as models wherever they go. In an edition of the Times,it was read that Mirandians are models, Lady Srirams are sexy, and Stephanians acquired a similar accolade. I won’t mention the colleges but there are some whose girls are named BEHENJI-TURNED-MOD, GAWAR, and so on. The truth is that, these names are given only on the basis of the dresses that one wears. If you wear a mini skirt you are modern,no matter whether you are fluent in English language or not. If a student pursuing English honours wears a simple kurti and a pair of cotton pyjamas, she’s a DEHATAN.
Why so? Is apparel the signature for every individual? Do qualities occupy a minor position? These are some things that i really don’t find a point in them.
Somewhere, we people are responsible. We give a lot of importance to the outer beauty. We don’t get inside the person’s heart. We make no effort to know, who that person really is. And this happens almost all the time..
